Whether you are training to be able to keep up with your kids on the soccer field, fit into last year’s jeans, or keep up with your friends next time you go for a hike, our goal is to help you achieve the results you’re looking for as efficiently and safely as possible. This means working smarter, not harder, and focusing on the right exercises for your body and your goals.
Each individual we train works to a unique program, designed to address their particular needs. With a functional focus, exercises are chosen that will address any weakness or imbalance a client may have, so that each workout contributes to a stronger, more resilient body. This prevents injury, improves posture, and contributes to overall wellness, both during the workout and in day to day life. We stay up to date with advancements in research within the fitness industry, to bring our clients the very best exercises for their bodies, and emphasize variety in training. We use a combination of functional exercises and high intensity interval training (HIIT) to keep workouts challenging and highly effective. We use a wide variety of equipment and training methods to achieve optimal results, from TRX suspension trainers, to strongman equipment (Atlas Stones, Farmer’s Walk Handles, etc), kettlebells, battle ropes, medicine balls, Indian Clubs, Concept 2 rowing machines, etc.

Personal Trainers In Boston
Liz Berrien is a Certified Personal Trainer and Functional Training Specialist with ACE®, and a Certified Strongman Instructor under both CrossFit and World’s Strongest Man, Svend Karlsen (Global Strongman Gym), as well as a Certified Instructor with TRX®. Liz is a Green Level Coach with USA Boxing, and holds an active shooter response instructor certificate with ALICE. Liz is also a Krav Maga Combatives Instructor under Gershon Ben Keren.
